Great to meet you!

Hey y'all! I'm Regina.

If you've spent years wondering why life feels harder than it should, you're not alone. Many of the adults I work with are successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, unhealthy relationship patterns, people-pleasing, or the lingering effects of growing up in dysfunctional family patterns.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I believe lasting change happens when we understand not only what we're struggling with, but why. Together we'll identify the patterns that have been holding you back, build practical tools for today, and create healthier ways of thinking, relating, and living.

Many of the people I work with have spent years surviving. My goal is to help them begin living intentionally instead.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't about fixing you—because I don't believe you're broken. It's about understanding the experiences that shaped you and discovering healthier ways to move forward.

My approach combines genuine conversation and practical strategies you can begin using immediately. Depending on your needs, we may explore family patterns, boundaries, resilience, coping skills, relationships, trauma recovery, or the beliefs you've carried about yourself for years. Together we'll work toward meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session isn't an interrogation.

It's a conversation...one where I'll spend time getting to know you, understanding what's bringing you to therapy, and learning what you hope life will look like as things begin to improve. Together we'll create goals that make sense for you—not just goals that sound good on paper.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and direct. I'll support you, challenge you when needed, celebrate your progress, and help you develop practical tools you can continue using long after therapy ends.
