I am a licensed and professional provider. My passions includes helping people regulate their emotions and create the quality of life they desire. Counseling is for everyone. I enjoy helping people navigate through life's challanges. Life is difficult for everyone and no one is exempt from pain but there is help available so you don't have to do it alone.

I am a graduate from Liberty University where I received my master's degree in psychology. I am currently pursuing my doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership. I believe that we are all leaders of at least one, ourselves. My goal in life is to help willing minded individuals forge through their given opportunties to become the best version of themselves. My educattion, my life experiences and my committment to humankind sets me in a perfect position to help you on your journey. I come from humble beginnings and belive anyone can accomplish goals that they desire to acheive.

I am a very direct counselor. I work along side with you and your family to achieve the outcomes you desire. My counseling styles include psychodynamic counseling, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, faith based therapy, interpersonal counseling, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT.

We will create a person centered treatment plan so you will know when you have achieved your goals.
