Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship stress. I work especially well with high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed behind the scenes—people who are used to holding it all together for everyone else. My background includes school-based mental health, private practice, and training organizations, which gives me a practical, real-world lens on emotional health.

I offer virtual therapy sessions and focus on helping clients build sustainable change—not just insight.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on what actually changes behavior—not just what makes sense intellectually. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and skills-based strategies to help you understand patterns and interrupt them in real time.

We’ll pay close attention to how your nervous system responds under stress, especially in moments where boundaries break down, avoidance shows up, or emotions escalate. I don’t believe insight alone creates change—so we focus on building capacity, not just awareness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what’s bringing you in and identifying where things are getting stuck. We’ll clarify your goals, explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or overwhelm, and begin mapping out a plan for how to move forward.

You can expect a calm, direct, and non-judgmental space—along with practical feedback you can actually use. Most clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of what’s happening and at least one concrete shift to try between sessions.
