I specialize in helping people process challenging events, life transitions, relationship challenges, medical challenges and complex family dynamics using a strengths based focus. I currently serve adult clients in all walks of life, but I have extensive experience working with first responders, military, law enforcement, medical personnel, Indigenous clients, neurodiverse clients, multiracial clients and the LGBTQIA plus community. All clients regardless of background, sexual preference, identity or lifestyle are welcomed here

My goal is to support clients in the discovery of their most authentic self, improving overall health and wellness, and helping find a life path that serves them best!

My approach to therapy

As an Indigenous woman, I put high importance on recognizing each client's individuality. I work with client's struggling with issues around relationships, family, race, gender, sexuality, culture, parenting, income or other issues that create challenges in their lives along with daily challenges of obtaining optimal health and wellness.

I help clients improve overall mood and direction in life, learn new communication skills, identifying personal health and wellness goals, overcome relationship challenges, challenges with identity or assist with working through difficult life transitions.
