Great to meet you!

There are a variety of reasons why you have or have not sought treatment & I validate them all. I am a doctoral level clinician with more than a decade of multi-faceted experience. I have a mission to provide ethical, culturally sensitive and evidence-based treatment to all persons. Treatment with me is always authentic, compassionate and effective. Let me help you heal and become the version of yourself you wish to be. For couples, my clinical approach is catered to your goals - with peace & happiness being paramount.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is personalized & empathetic. As your provider, I value your time, active collaboration & progress during treatment. You do not have to contend with being treated like a referral rather than a person in need. Your treatment goals are important to me. Change is attainable; but we must work together to get there.

What you can expect from me

I do my best to create a warm, empowering & healing environment that rests on the foundation of professionalism & growth. You'll find that I'm big on sessions feeling productive, whilst connecting with you meaningfully to maintain a positive therapeutic alliance.
