Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Renai Kraytem, a Doctor of Public Health and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both New Jersey and Delaware. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families navigating some of life’s most complex emotional and relational challenges.

In my work as a therapist, I’ve seen how overwhelming emotions when left unspoken or misunderstood—can begin to shape behaviors and choices in ways that don’t align with who we truly are. These patterns often cause strain in our marriages, friendships, and family relationships, making us feel stuck or disconnected from the people we love.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help individuals overcome the lasting effects of fear, sadness, anxiety, and trauma. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can begin to unpack what’s weighing on you.

I use a blend of evidence-based techniques, practical tools, and supportive conversation to guide you through the healing process. Whether we’re identifying triggers, building emotional resilience, or learning new ways to cope, my focus is on helping you move forward with clarity and strength.

I believe in meeting you where you are. My role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you offering insight, structure, and encouragement so you can face your challenges with confidence and dignity.
