My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based therapy to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

I work collaboratively with children ages 10+, adolescents and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe in empowering individuals to discover their resilience and create positive change.
