Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people (re)discover their truest self, and live a life that feels good and right for them. I help clients navigate life transitions (e.g. college/post grad, perimenopause/menopause, taking care of parents) and relationships with emotionally immature parents/adults.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a healing journey. My approach is eclectic, drawing from attachment theory, DBT, ACT, clinical nutrition, mindfulness and somatic practices.

What you can expect from me

I am skilled in helping clients gain greater self-awareness and understanding. Through our work, clients often come to see things from a different, more empowering perspective. They are able to show themselves more compassion and acceptance. Clients like that I incorporate practical tools, such as in-session meditations and self-regulation techniques, to equip them with concrete skills to support their healing.
