Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people (re)discover their truest self, and live a life that feels good and right for them. I help clients navigate life transitions (e.g. post-college, menopause, taking care of parents) and cultivate skills to manage stress, anxiety and depression. My work includes helping clients navigate relationships with emotionally immature parents/adults. Through our work, you will gain greater self-awareness, understanding and self-compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a healing journey, where we are collaborators. My approach is eclectic, drawing from ACT, attachment theory, CBT, clinical nutrition, mindfulness and somatic practices.

What you can expect from our first session

I am skilled in helping clients gain greater self-awareness and understanding. Through our work, clients often come to see things from a different, more empowering perspective. They are able to show themselves more compassion and acceptance. Clients like that I incorporate practical tools, such as in-session meditations and self-regulation techniques, to equip them with concrete skills to support their healing.
