Great to meet you!

As a client-centered psychotherapist, I focus on creating a warm and empathetic environment where clients feel truly heard and valued. My training enables me to facilitate personal growth and self-discovery, helping individuals access their inner resources to overcome challenges and reduce suffering. By fostering authentic connections and promoting self-acceptance, I empower clients to navigate their emotional landscapes with confidence and compassion for themselves.

My approach to therapy

As a client-centered therapist training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), my approach is deeply rooted in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings. I prioritize collaboration, respecting each individual’s pace and unique experiences while guiding them through EFT techniques to release emotional blockages and foster healing. My goal is to empower clients by helping them connect with their inner resources and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and thought patterns, leading to greater self-awareness. The goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, resulting in lasting positive changes and a more authentic, balanced, fulfilling life.
