Great to meet you!

Have you ever wanted to connect with a provider who is attentive, engaging, and personable? With over 25 years of experience as a mental health provider and educator, I specialize in working with clients and families that need support navigating through major transitions (school, work, home life, etc). If unaddressed, these difficulties can lead to anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

My approach to therapy

Having a connection and "good fit" is imperative between a therapist and a client. This is why I pride myself on getting to know each client as an individual. As a culturally responsive clinician, I recognize that "one size" does not fit all and each client brings diverse experiences that should be respected and understood..

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be partners in the therapeutic process. This means we will work on goals together and you will be engaged in developing a plan to best meet your needs.
