Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) offering online sessions in NC, CO, and TX. My background includes a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M, an MS in Neuroscience, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in somatic trauma, anxiety and inner child work, utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as IFS, and EMDR, that target subconscious thought patterns, allowing us to delve deep into the psyche, uncover the root causes of cognitive distortions, and heal the mind, body, and soul.

My approach to therapy

I help clients move beyond survival patterns and heal the deeper roots of anxiety, trauma, OCD, and relationship struggles. My approach is compassionate, insight-oriented, and grounded in understanding how the nervous system, past experiences, and attachment wounds shape our inner world.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. I integrate research-backed, and body-based approaches like EMDR and parts work, while using neuroscience, gentle humor, and clear analogies to make healing feel approachable and meaningful. When helpful, I may thoughtfully challenge patterns that no longer serve you always with care and permission.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a transformative journey as we explore your inner world, unearthing core beliefs that shape your behaviors, thoughts, and decision-making processes. Speaking to those inner worlds who have been operating on auto pilot and finding ways for our inner selves to trust us and work with us rather than against us. During the first session we will get to know all about you, meet your inner child to see where they are at, and establish clear treatment goals together. The end goal is working with your inner world rather than against it, challenging your fears and transform your internal dialogue, paving the way for lasting healing and personal growth.
