Great to meet you! As a licensed therapist and minister, I believe true wellness comes from caring for your mind, body, and spirit. Taking the step to get support is courageous — I’m honored to walk with you. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership and counseling, with a focus on empowering individuals and communities. I hold an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership and a MA in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. Being licensed in both Virginia and Maryland allows me to support and reach more clients wherever they are on their wellness journey.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic — I help clients heal and grow by addressing their mental, emotional, and spiritual needs together. I specialize in working with individuals and families navigating numerous challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
