Reneisha Black

Reneisha Black Ferguson is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and School Counselor in North Carolina, and the Executive Director of TruSolace Counseling and Wellness Center. She is a strong advocate for children and families, with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of settings and capacities. She has facilitated workshops on child and adolescent development, parenting skills, and family dynamics, equipping individuals and families with practical tools for growth and resilience.

In her eclectic approach to treatment, Reneisha integrates techniques from multiple schools of thought, guided by the principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Reality Therapy, Person-Centered Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy. As Executive Director of TruSolace Counseling and Wellness Center, Reneisha leads the organization’s mission to provide accessible, culturally responsive mental health support to underserved communities.
