Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Renell Kumeh, an advanced practice registered nurse, with dual certification in family medicine and psychiatry, licensed in OR, WA, DC, TX, FL, NV, ND, CT, MA and pending licensures in other states. At the core of my values is treating others the way I would like to be treated.

My approach to therapy

I approach every visit with a desire to know more about the individual. Apply good listening skills to identify the specific need (s) and utilizing my clinical expertise in areas such as anxiety and mood disorders, focus and attention, psychosis and others to formulate a plan with an end goal allows you to show up as your best self, whether it is with others, or just with yourself.

What you can expect from me

My initial session is a getting to know you and your current concerns as well as how some of those symptoms have shown up in your past and what that looked like, There is no pressure to formulate a diagnosis, as I believe that is rarely achievable in one visit.
