Great to meet you!

Every person who walks through the door is carrying something real, and my practice is built around taking that seriously. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and addiction, and I know that finding the right support can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make that process feel less daunting by showing up consistently and meeting you exactly where you are. Together we will work toward the kind of stability and clarity that makes everyday life feel more manageable.

My approach to therapy

I approach care as a collaboration. You bring knowledge of your own life and what you have already tried, and I bring clinical tools and a genuine commitment to figuring out what works for you. Sessions are guided by what matters most to you in that moment, and I adjust as your needs change over time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping to feel or accomplish. There is no agenda to rush through. You can expect to leave with a sense of what working together could look like and whether it feels like the right fit.
