Great to meet you!

As a Deaf therapist, I'm passionate about providing accessible, culturally responsive care for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, attachment issues, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, and communication challenges.

I am EMDR-trained and use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space during their first session. We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your goals, and reviewing any relevant background information. There's no pressure to share everything at once- we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
