Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Circle of Life Wellness Services, where I provide compassionate, whole-person care for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My work focuses on supporting people through emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the many adjustments that come with different seasons of life.

I have a special interest in women’s mental health and maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, caregiving stress, burnout, and balancing personal needs with family, relationships and professional responsibilities. I also support clients coping with grief and loss, life changes, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected from themselves.

At Circle of Life, I believe healing happens when you feel safe, supported, and seen. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward balance, clarity, and emotional wellness—at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and actively involved in their healing process. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we focus on reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, building healthy coping strategies, and navigating life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

At Circle of Life Wellness Services, I view healing as a journey—not a quick fix. My goal is to help clients develop sustainable tools, increase self-awareness, and feel more grounded and empowered in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—therapy moves at your pace, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start.
