Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over seven years of experience in the field. I graduated from Liberty University with a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I provide support for individuals, couples, and families. My focus areas include but are not limited to relationship challenges, unhealthy family dynamics, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, stress, difficulty adjusting to changing circumstances, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to counseling. I utilize an integrative method, employing various counseling theories and techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused brief therapy to customize a treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I will support you in exploring the root of your concerns and a pathway toward your goals. My holistic approach emphasizes the importance of getting to know you as a whole and the multiple aspects of your current life, past, and hopes for the future that have guided your beliefs thus far. I will assist you in identifying maladaptive beliefs that have contributed to negative feelings and behaviors while emphasizing actions that support healthy change.
