Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, holistic mental health care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic disorder, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic screening, brief psychotherapy, medication management, and ongoing follow-up.

My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or looking for a different approach to your mental health care, I am here to support you in working toward greater stability, well-being, and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with listening and understanding the whole person—not just the symptoms.

I take time to understand each client’s concerns, personal history, medical conditions, lifestyle, strengths, and treatment goals.

My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms but also to support your overall well-being and help you develop the stability, confidence, and tools needed to live a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel safe being open and honest. We will take time to discuss what brought you to treatment, your current symptoms and concerns, and how these challenges are affecting your daily life.

I will also learn more about your medical, psychiatric, social, and family history, as well as your previous treatment experiences and personal goals. When appropriate, we may use screening and assessment tools to understand your symptoms better and support an accurate diagnosis.

By the end of our initial sessions, we will work together to develop an individualized treatment plan based on our needs, preferences, and goals. This may include brief psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle recommendations, or a combination of approaches.

Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful.
