Great to meet you!

I am a direct, grounded, and deeply engaged therapist who values integrity, clarity, and real change. I believe in showing up fully and helping you do the same. I don’t waste time with surface work if you’re ready to go deeper. My style is warm but honest—I will support you, challenge you when needed, and stay focused on what actually moves the needle. I respect your autonomy and believe you are capable of more than you think.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and motivational interviewing to address core beliefs, trauma patterns, and emotional blocks at their root. I focus on helping clients shift how they experience their thoughts and emotions—not just understand them intellectually. I am solution-oriented and intentional; we identify what you want to change and work strategically toward that goal. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and designed to create measurable progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will clarify what brings you in, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin outlining a clear direction for treatment. I ask thoughtful, focused questions to understand both your current challenges and the deeper beliefs underneath them. You can expect a conversation that feels purposeful, not passive. By the end of the session, you will have more clarity about yourself and a sense of where we are headed.
