Great to meet you!

True North vs Magnetic North

Magnetic North:

The places in life that we are drawn to naturally based on our upbringing, experiences, personality, strengths, weaknesses, our victories and our defeats. This is what I refer to as "Magnetic North."

True North:

The places where we would like to be in life, but obstacles are in the way of us arriving at our destiny. Our potential for a better life is what I refer to as "True North.'

My approach to therapy

Creating a Map:

If you are not where you would like to be in life, if your relationships are not as fulfilling as you had hoped, or your mental and emotional states are ot as balanced as you would like, maybe you are ready to seek out your own True North.

What you can expect from me

I will provide a safe and accepting environment for you to feel understood and supported. Together we can explore your options and develop a map to your own personal journey.

With a clear idea of where you would like to go, and a plan on how to get there, you can create a life that is healthier and happier.

I look forward to working with you.
