Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 17 years of experience in behavioral health. I specialize in treating Substance Use Disorders, trauma-related concerns, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My professional background includes work across outpatient, community-based, and integrated care settings.

My passion is helping individuals break free from patterns that no longer serve them and supporting people in creating meaningful, sustainable change. I believe every person deserves compassionate, evidence-based care and the opportunity to live a life free from the limitations of addiction and emotional distress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, realistic, and strengths-based. I focus on helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and make changes that genuinely improve their day-to-day life. I integrate Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed practices, and experiential strategies to meet clients exactly where they are. Therapy with me is collaborative—honest conversations, practical solutions, and a focus on supporting long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where we’ll discuss your goals, current struggles, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I take time to understand your history, strengths, and the barriers getting in your way. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction. I offer individual and family sessions and work to help clients build healthy boundaries, improve coping skills, and move toward stability and recovery.
