Great to meet you!

I work with men who are in a “next chapter” season, high school and college students stepping into adulthood, and high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs who carry a lot and rarely have a real place to put it down. A lot of the guys I support feel stuck in confusion, relationship stress, fatherhood pressure, or the weight of past experiences that still show up in the present. My style is warm, direct, and easy to talk to, but I’m also honest and strategic. I help you get clear on what’s driving you and what’s blocking you. My background includes a B.S. in Sociology from Florida A&M University, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University with psychotherapy training, clinical training in a men’s resource setting, and service as an Army chaplain assistant.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a mix of real conversation and real strategy. You can bring the unfiltered thoughts, the frustration, the uncertainty, the “I don’t know what I’m doing” moments, and we’ll work through them without judgment. I help men slow down the mental noise, understand their patterns, and break cycles that keep showing up in relationships, parenting, confidence, and decision-making. We focus on what actually moves your life forward: emotional control, clear boundaries, better communication, and a stronger sense of identity and direction.

What you can expect from me

Expect a session that feels human, not clinical. We’ll get clear on what’s bringing you in, what you want to be different, and what’s been weighing on you behind the scenes, whether that’s relationships, fatherhood, past trauma, stress, or feeling stuck in your career or school path. I’ll help you organize your thoughts, name the patterns, and identify the main leverage points so you’re not spinning your wheels. By the end of the first session, you’ll have clear goals, a plan that makes sense, and at least one or two takeaways you can use immediately.
