My approach to therapy

I believe mental health is deeply connected to overall wellness, so my approach is holistic—addressing the mind, body, and spirit. I’m committed to listening to each individual’s unique story to provide personalized care that suits their specific needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, mood or thought disorders, substance use, or other challenges, I offer flexible, compassionate care. My approach includes a variety of therapeutic interventions, and for some, medication management may be part of the treatment plan. I recognize that healing takes time and that it’s not always a straight path, so I remain patient and adaptable throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout our work together. I aim to help you better manage symptoms and improve your overall quality of life, giving you the tools to move forward. By offering both in-person and telehealth appointments, I strive to meet you where you’re at and make the healing process as accessible as possible. Whether you need guidance on mental health concerns, self-care, or balancing life’s challenges, I’ll be there to support you on your journey toward mental wellness.
