My approach to therapy

Ecological and family systems focused , strengths and solutions oriented, wellness and transformation attuned. Establishment of a therapeutic holding environment is fundamental to successful treatment relationship. "One size does not fit all", the onus is on the therapist to set the stage for success or to acknowledge the need for a change in therapist.

What you can expect from me

I believe the clients perspective and mind set is the context for therapeutic work. I start with the objective of hearing the clients "story" with self awareness & understanding as the first step in the work, followed by collaborative process of setting goals for the therapy. Again, I strive to enact a holding environment which is safe, supportive, instructive and caring as the setting for emotional clarity of the self system, growth and identification and movement towards a better future.
