Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Rich. I have worked with veteran agencies and senior agencies servicing clients as well as their families. It takes strength to ask for help and that is the first step toward living your best life possible. I see clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life issues that need assistance to be worked through.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients where they are. Everyone is unique and everyone is on their own life journey. I work with client in the here and now to resolve issues impacting them here and now.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relation takes time to evolve so I always offer the client a free one time 30 minute "understanding you and you understanding therapy" session. The client can ask questions and understand the journey ahead and the goals and objectives they would like to work on.
