Great to meet you!

Do you feel like your mind and body are out of sync? Or notice a growing disconnection from your intuition? You may be wondering how these experiences are showing up in your daily life, relationships, or sense of self. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

My work focuses on supporting clients to feel more regulated, present, and empowered- so they can navigate life with increased self-awareness, resilience, and trust in their inner wisdom. I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience across clinical, academic, wellness, and educational settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and also a Master’s degree from Brown University. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

At the core of my work is a deep respect for our shared humanity. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you cultivate greater compassion, awareness, and self-trust, so you can reconnect with your innate capacity for healing and growth.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, exploring the city together, and practicing or teaching yoga.

If you do not see a time that works for you on the calendar, please contact me directly for additional availability.

My approach to therapy

My approach weaves together trauma-informed mindfulness practices, including of yoga and meditation, neurobiological & Polyvagal education, practical tools and techniques, and resources and practices pulled from Internal Family Systems (IFS.) Most importantly, I offer a warm and grounded therapeutic relationship. By tuning into both mind and body, we create space for deeper understanding, regulation, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is helping you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. We’ll take time to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now, without pressure to have everything figured out.

You can expect a calm, thoughtful conversation along with practical insights that support both immediate relief and longer-term growth. Many clients leave their first session feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves, and clearer about the next steps in their healing process.

If you do not see a time that matches your availability on my calendar, please reach out for my additional availability.
