Trauma

Great to meet you!

Hello. I am a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social work. I spent my early years as a therapist working in community mental health where I worked with clients of all ages and from many different backgrounds. I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma and I am trained in the use of EMDR, IFS and CBT.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe space where I work collaboratively with clients to help them discover and leverage their strengths so that they can reach their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

As we begin working together, I will listen carefully so that I have a clear understanding of the issues that you want to address. From there, we'll collaboratively create a plan that we'll follow to address the issues that are important to you.
