Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! I have worked with many different populations over the years including children, teens, young adults, and families to support them through whatever life has thrown their way. My specialties include navigating family relationships/dynamics, helping children and teens understand themselves, life stressors, anxiety, depression, and trauma work. I am trained in many different trauma modalities including EMDR, Progressive Counting and Flash, as well as other modalities including CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and inviting space for you to feel comfortable to talk about anything and everything. Therapy can feel uncomfortable and scary, which is why I use a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based approach. Or in other words, I meet you where you are! You are the expert of your life and it is my job to support you in this journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you! I will gather needed information to help us create a baseline of needs and where to start. We will create a treatment plan and goals for your therapy journey, while simultaneously building rapport and working on our therapeutic alliance to create a safe and comfortable space for you.
