Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist who works with adolescents, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and performance pressures.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they are carrying a lot on their own. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel comfortable slowing down, being honest about your experiences, and exploring what may be beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and insight-oriented. Together, we explore the emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.

I also integrate IFS, which helps us understand the different parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, along with practical tools from CBT and DBT when helpful.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can take courage, and the first session is simply a place to begin!

We will spend time getting to know one another and talking about what may have brought you to therapy. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable - we can start wherever feels right for you. My hope is that you leave feeling seen and heard, with a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit!
