My approach to therapy

My methodology is centered on establishing a secure and supportive atmosphere that fosters exploration, healing and growth. I employ methodologies that are suitable yet empowering to each individual and their needs.

What you can expect from me

My initial sessions are relaxed and easy going as we start by getting to know one another. It is important to me that we are a good fit, as I want to ensure your success, whether that is with me or another clinician. As we discuss your needs and hopes for treatment, we will work together to identify specific goals and interventions to start the process of healing for you.
