Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who offers a supportive, structured, and down to earth space where you can show up as your full self. I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem concerns, and healing from difficult experiences.

My style is warm and collaborative, but also practical. I’ll help you understand what’s happening, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build tools you can actually use in real life. I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive, and we’ll move at a pace that respects your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths based, and goal oriented. I tailor therapy to each client, using evidence based strategies to help you build insight, emotional regulation skills, and healthier ways of coping and communicating.

I focus on both the “why” and the “what now” of your experience, meaning we’ll explore patterns and root causes while also working on practical steps you can take between sessions. Therapy with me is active and structured, and we’ll regularly check in to make sure you feel supported and that the work is helping.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you want support with right now. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, stressors, history, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. We’ll also talk about what you want therapy to look like, including your goals, preferences, and any boundaries or expectations that will help you feel comfortable.

By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clearer plan for next steps, and we’ll decide together what to focus on moving forward.
