Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a Certified Registered Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CMNHP) with a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University. Over the past 3 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

I know that reaching out for help is not always easy. My goal is to create a space where people can speak openly, feel understood, and work through life’s challenges without feeling rushed or overlooked. I take time to listen, ask questions, and work together with clients to find realistic treatment options that fit their needs and everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

My approach is grounded in patience, consistency, and honest communication. I want clients to leave each session with greater clarity, a better understanding of themselves, and confidence that they have someone walking alongside them throughout the process. Follow-up care and continued progress are important to me because meaningful change takes time, attention, and trust.
