Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), which allows me to care for both mental and physical health in a more integrated way. I work with individuals across the lifespan and support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic symptoms, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and stress-related challenges.

My background in both psychiatry and primary care helps me understand how closely mental health is connected to physical health, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I strive to provide care that is thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and holistic. I take time to truly listen and understand each person’s experiences, goals, and concerns so that care feels individualized rather than one-size-fits-all.

I combine medication management with education and supportive care, and I consider the full picture including emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors that may be impacting how you feel. I believe in working together so that you feel informed and actively involved in your treatment decisions.

Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and judgment-free.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. We will talk through your current concerns, mental health and medical history, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

From there, we begin outlining a plan that may include diagnostic clarification, treatment options, and next steps tailored to your needs. I also take time to answer questions so you feel comfortable and informed.

My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling heard, supported, and clear about how we can move forward together.
