Great to meet you!

I have been working with individuals and couples for decades, bringing empathy, kindness, and a wealth of life experience into each encounter. I take an integrated and trauma-informed approach, incorporating my experience and training as an interfaith chaplain with a PhD in transpersonal psychology.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy getting to know the whole person/couple--their interests, background, fears and joys--all in the context of a relaxed and warm atmosphere. We will address the specific goals they bring to our encounter and explore a variety of ways to work together in reaching those goals.

What you can expect from me

In a relaxed and affirming environment, we will work together to discuss the challenges you are facing in your life at this time, and make a plan to move forward.
