My approach to therapy

Why wait? Initially, I like to move fast and frequent with appointments and med changes. Changing a small dose every 4 weeks for someone struggling with crippling ADHD, anxiety, or depression can take what feels like forever. Depending on availability, I try to have a few visits the first month or two to get everything on point. This can take upwards of 6-9 months, with most offices moving at a snail's pace! I try to supercharge this process.

What you can expect from me

A prospective client will meet with the provider for an evaluation and assess needs moving forward.
