Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, masking, substance use, anger, low self-esteem, or other issues that affect your relationships, work, school, or parenting? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and burnt out from an overwhelming amount of responsibility and stress? Is it hard to relax, have fun, and be present in your day-to-day life? I am able to meet people where they are, without judgement, and walk through hard times to find resolution and an opportunity to feel better.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about working with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, difficulty managing a work-life balance, school stress, parenting concerns (including medical complexities/special needs/disabilities), and those working to unmask and embrace their authentic selves. I provide solution focused treatment.

What you can expect from me

I will create a safe and inclusive therapeutic space to work through the challenges and obstacles standing in the way of your best life. This might look like working through past trauma, learning coping and calming skills, figuring out how to set boundaries through assertive communication, practicing meditation and mindfulness techniques, processing life stressors, and problem solving. Together, we will work to find peace, happiness, and a balance of productivity, relaxation, and fulfillment.
