Great to meet you!

Clients who work with me find a warm, supportive, and grounded space to process life’s challenges, move past feeling stuck, and build lasting resilience. I partner with adults across Idaho and Wyoming by telehealth, in English or Spanish, and the areas I work with include complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic, depression and other mood disorders, OCD, stress, relationship and family strain, and major life transitions. Outside of the therapy room, I stay grounded by hiking with my dog, playing sports, and sitting down at the piano, and I bring that same authenticity and care into our work together, so you feel truly heard and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in trauma informed care, offering a safe, structured, and collaborative space shaped entirely around your goals. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and EMDR to help your brain gently process and heal from deep seated trauma and distressing life events. Together, we’ll work through past experiences, build effective coping strategies, and move toward lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about building a comfortable, collaborative connection and understanding what brings you in. We’ll talk through your history and current challenges, clarify what you’re hoping for, and begin outlining a personalized plan. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
