Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic-spectrum conditions, ADHD, and complex or treatment-resistant symptoms. I value thoughtful, evidence-based care and take time to truly understand each person’s story, not just their diagnosis. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and involved in their care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative. I look at the whole picture — symptoms, medical history, life stressors, sleep, and overall functioning — rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Treatment decisions are made together, with education and shared decision-making at the center. Medication is used thoughtfully and conservatively, with close monitoring, and always as part of a broader plan that supports long-term stability and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on building rapport, understanding your concerns, and creating a clear plan. We will review your history, current symptoms, and treatment goals, and discuss medication options when appropriate. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental conversation, practical guidance, and a collaborative plan for next steps. The goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling understood, informed, and confident about the direction of your care.
