Great to meet you!

Using a client-centered, conversational approach, I help my patients focus on the direction they are going rather than where they may find themselves in any moment. Many of my patients describe me as an active listener, providing insight that helps them see things from a different perspective while allowing them to feel what they need to feel.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. Sometimes all we need is a listening, empathetic ear to help us work through life’s challenges. I work with patients from all backgrounds, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or who identify as being on the autism spectrum.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative and tailored. We will work together to create a plan that reflects what you are seeking from therapy and what will be most helpful for you.
