Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong foundation in community mental health, specializing in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and helping individuals navigate complex emotional and life challenges. My work is rooted in real-world experience supporting diverse populations through periods of uncertainty, transition, and healing.

I bring a practical, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to therapy. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stressors, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—your story, your pace, and your goals guide the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based practices with a person-centered perspective, meaning we work together to understand your experiences while building on your existing strengths.

I often draw from techniques used in crisis intervention and psychotherapy, helping clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, problem-solving, and long-term growth. I also emphasize self-awareness—understanding patterns, triggers, and behaviors—so you can make meaningful, lasting changes.

Above all, I aim to meet you where you are. Therapy with me is not about judgment or pressure—it’s about progress, insight, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation—not an interrogation. We’ll start by getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you’d like to gain from the experience.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. This session is also an opportunity for you to see if I’m the right fit for you.

By the end of our first meeting, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction, an understanding of how we’ll work together, and—most importantly—to feel supported in taking that first step forward.
