My experience working community mental health centers has afforded me invaluable insight into addressing the needs of diverse populations. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy in addition to other approaches depending on the client's need.
