Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Rochester College and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling and School Guidance Counseling from Wayne State University. I am also a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and have experience teaching in a Master of Counseling program, which reflects my ongoing commitment to both clinical excellence and professional development.
In my practice, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family conflict, anger, and overall mental wellness. I also support clients managing stress related to work, school, changing life circumstances, and disability-related concerns. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and incorporate cultural and spiritual awareness into the therapeutic process when appropriate.
Clients can expect me to be approachable, respectful, and attentive. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel comfortable sharing openly, while also being guided toward greater self-awareness, practical solutions, and meaningful personal growth.
