I was born and raised on Oʻahu, growing up in Kapahulu and Nuʻuanu. I obtained my bachelor’s in business management and my master’s in social work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Prior to becoming a licensed clinical social worker, I primarily worked in student services for the UH community colleges.

Very interested in supporting anyone ages 13 and over. If you're feeling the pressure of school or having issues with your social life, then I would like to be there for you. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally. For adults who are having relationship issues, feeling anxious, work problems, financial issues or feeling lost and helpless, I am ready to assist you. These are just some examples of the people I want to help, let's talk story and see what we can work together on.

My work at the University of Hawaiʻi community colleges has shaped my strong belief in the importance of education. This perspective is why I gravitate toward dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which focuses on teaching practical skills to help people regulate their thoughts and emotions.

It's understandable to feel nervous about meeting a new therapist, especially if you've had a negative experience before or are just stepping into something unfamiliar. I'm here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space. Having worked on a crisis line for several years, I've supported people through many different challenges. We can simply talk story about what's been going on and what brought you to my profile. Everything we talk about is confidential and you never have to worry about being a burden. I truly care about supporting people who live in Hawaii.
