Great to meet you!

Robin has over 20 years of experience as a professional counselor helping people deal with relationship challenges, anxiety and depression. As the parent of a neurodiverse young adult, she has years of personal and professional experience in the area of autism and specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are on the autism spectrum.

My approach to therapy

Helping people find their "happy" is what inspired me to become a therapist. Past experiences, relationship difficulties, and the way we view the world can all contribute to the amount of satisfaction we have in life. My main goal in therapy is to work with clients to overcome the challenges that keep them from having the lives they desire.

What you can expect from me

Everyone needs someone to listen without judgment and help work through issues that keep us from being our best selves, and I strive to be that person in a way that best works for the client. I help clients clarify their goals for therapy and use a variety of resources (including homework for those who desire it) to help achieve the goals clients have set for themselves.
