Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist to work with is an important decision so I try my very best to make my clients feel comfortable and at ease. I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for 16 years, with specialties in grief and loss, anxiety and depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I love what I do and I am honored to have the opportunity to help so many people.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals. In getting there, I give perspectives that might not have been considered, and I am solution-focused so reaching goals is as efficient as possible. Therapy isn't always easy, but I try to make the process as comfortable as it can be.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel empowered to make change. I help that journey by teaching tools, assigning homework, and identifying new objectives as my clients make progress.
