Great to meet you!

Hello nice to meet you here. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to a healthy and balanced life. Seeking help takes courage! Congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 6 years as a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. My credentials include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I earned my Master’s degree from Adler Graduate School in Minnesota and have more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and integrates holistic practices that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I combine traditional psychotherapy with expressive arts and evidence-based interventions to foster resilience, growth, and lasting change. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, authentic, and trusting therapeutic relationship. From there, we’ll work together in our sessions to give you tools to make your goals a reality for you.
