Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Robin. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work from Salem State University. With over 30 years of experience in elder care, end-of-life support, and caregiving programs, I have dedicated my career to assisting individuals at various stages of life. In recent years, I have refocused my practice to provide therapy for those navigating grief, depression, anxiety, and other life transitions that can lead to increased stress.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with adults of all ages, providing a safe space for them to laugh, cry, and simply be themselves. My approach is generally comforting and laid-back, and when appropriate, I incorporate humor. In my practice, I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we will discuss what led you to seek therapy and identify your personal goals. Together, we’ll create a collaborative plan tailored to your needs. I view my role as your partner in this journey, offering support and serving as a compassionate sounding board whenever you need a nonjudgmental place to share your thoughts and feelings.
