Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Robin Mayfield and I'm a licensed clinical social worker. I tend to work with folks who feel burnout or "stuck" in life. These tends be folks who are neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, and/or just tired of how hard life can be.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I help folks feel seen and heard. Together, we'll work on new coping skills to help you get by, and identify what challenges lie along the way. My goal is to help people learn how to work with their minds and bodies, not against them.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'll tell you a little bit more about myself and focus on getting to know you as a person. You're more than just your challenges. You'll have the freedom to tell me as little or as much as you want, and we'll go at your pace.
