Great to meet you!

If you feel stuck in your thoughts, overwhelmed by anxiety, or exhausted from trying to figure everything out, you are not alone and you do not have to navigate it by yourself.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD including intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and trauma and PTSD. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, unwanted or intrusive thoughts and what if fears, people pleasing, or feeling misunderstood in relationships. Others come in feeling burned out, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

My approach is warm, inquisitive, and empowering. I create a space where you can be open without fear of judgment, while also helping you build tools that can support meaningful change. I do not just listen. I help you understand why patterns may be happening and explore options for responding differently.

I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, CBT, and DBT skills to support you in:

  • Reducing anxiety and intrusive thoughts
  • Processing and working through trauma
  • Interrupting cycles of overthinking and avoidance
  • Building confidence and emotional awareness
  • Strengthening boundaries and relationships
  • Increasing your sense of control in daily life

Therapy with me is collaborative. You will not be left guessing what to do next. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your goals and values and adjust it as needed over time.

If you are ready to better understand your mind and explore new ways of coping, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, with a focus on helping clients build insight and confidence. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

I take a collaborative approach, working with clients to better understand patterns, identify what may be contributing to distress, and explore new ways of responding. I aim to balance insight with practical tools so clients can apply what they learn in their daily lives.

I use evidence based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and DBT skills. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs and adjust the approach over time based on their goals and progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You will have space to share your concerns, current challenges, and any goals you may have, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I may ask questions to better understand patterns, symptoms, and your background so we can begin identifying what might be contributing to your current experience. This helps us start building a shared understanding of where to focus.

We will also talk about what you are hoping to get out of therapy and begin outlining a plan that aligns with your needs and preferences. I will answer any questions you have about the process and what working together may look like.

My goal in the first session is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and informed about the next steps.
