I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD including intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and trauma and PTSD. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, unwanted or intrusive thoughts and what if fears, people pleasing, or feeling misunderstood in relationships. Others come in feeling burned out, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
My approach is warm, inquisitive, and empowering. I create a space where you can be open without fear of judgment, while also helping you build tools that can support meaningful change. I do not just listen. I help you understand why patterns may be happening and explore options for responding differently.
I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, CBT, and DBT skills to support you in:
- Reducing anxiety and intrusive thoughts
- Processing and working through trauma
- Interrupting cycles of overthinking and avoidance
- Building confidence and emotional awareness
- Strengthening boundaries and relationships
- Increasing your sense of control in daily life
